**Contenuti della posizione**:
Il Customer Service Manager, coordina una decina di persone che costituiscono il team di supporto tecnico e di servizi a valore aggiunto (servizi offerti ad alcuni clienti, interamente customizzati). La sua attività consiste principalmente nel garantire la qualità e l’efficacia dei servizi offerti dal Team, in termini di esaustività delle offerte, di completezza e correttezza dei dati, di qualità delle relazioni con i clienti interni ed esterni. Dovrà assicurarsi che il proprio team implementi una costante comunicazione con i fornitori al fine di sviluppare un’ efficace cooperazione con loro. Per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti, la persona prescelta dovrà mettere in atto opportuni sistemi di gestione, di formazione e di sviluppo dei propri collaboratori e di monitoraggio costante dei principali KPI richiesti al Team a livello Aziendale e di Gruppo.

**Requisiti**:

- Gradita Laurea in economia o laurea in ingegneria gestionale;
- Esperienza pregressa (almeno 5 anni) di guida di piccoli Team (almeno 4-5 persone);
- Preferibile esperienza maturata in un ambiente di post vendita, service;
- Buona conoscenza di SAP, BW e MS-Office;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

È una persona con un buon orientamento al cliente interno ed esterno, capace di assicurare una mentalità “customer first”, individuando le migliori soluzioni anche attraverso l’interazione con le altre funzioni aziendali, allineando le specificità del Team agli obiettivi aziendali.

**Sede di Lavoro**: Milano Nord Est. La presenza in ufficio sarà su base ibrida: è prevista la possibilità di lavorare da casa e frequentare gli uffici almeno un giorno a settimana.
