**General Description of the Role**

The Global Channel & Customer Marketing team, reporting to the Group Head of Commercial Capabilities & Consumer Engagement, aims to boost Campari Group Commercial capabilities in building iconic brands at the Point of Sales in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, co-creating and providing guidelines, models and tools to the Markets, as well as insights and guidance on channel strategy.

This team is instrumental to enable a scalable approach across geographies to route-to-market optimization, channel strategy definition, outlet management, perfect store, and bartenders’ advocacy & engagement.

The Global Trade Advocacy Manager has a central role in the deployment of the bartenders’ advocacy programs for the key brands of our portfolio, and in the management of the key Global Trade Engagement initiatives.

**Mission/Objectives**

The mission of the role is to enhance bartenders engagement and advocacy for the Group, through the development of Global projects and the management of trade engagement initiatives, with the ultimate goal of building and nurturing a network of genuine advocates for our brands among the bartenders community.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**

As Global Trade Advocacy Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

- Support the ideation and strategic approach for the development of Global Bartenders Advocacy programs for the key brands of our portfolio, in close collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing.
- Manage the deployment and execution of the key Bartenders Advocacy programs, in collaboration with GSM and with the markets.
- Support the management of Global Partnership and sponsorships, such as The World 50 Best Bars, International Barman Association, Negroni Week, and so on.
- Work closely with the markets for the execution of key Global Trade Events, such as Berlin Bar Convent, Tales of the Cocktails, Roma Bar Show, Athens Bar Show, and similar.
- Manage the relationship with our key Global Brand Advocates (influential bartenders who are working as Advocates for our key brands).
- Support the GCCM and GSM team to enrich strategic Brand Plans with Bartender engagement programs, and insights coming the Bartender community.
- Support the internal
- bartender engagement community” through development of global projects, best practices sharing and co-designed initiatives.

**Key Relationships**

Internal: Group Commercial Capabilities team, local Channel & Customer Marketing and Advocacy teams, Local Campari Academies, Global Strategic Marketing, Brand Houses team, the Marketing community locally, Local On trade teams, IT and Digital Innovation function

External: Bartenders, trade influencers, trade press.

**Experience & Education**

We are looking for a Camparista with the ability to represent the “Spirits factor” of Campari Group.

With a solid background in Brand Management and/or Trade Marketing, a strong experience in On-premise brand building, passion for our industry and the ability to envision both the strategy and the path towards becoming the coolest spirits company for bartenders to deal with.

The nature of this position requires an experienced professional (4-5 years of experience), with the technical credibility and the standing required to perform at best in collaborating with other global functions and with the markets, besides bartenders.

The complexity of this position’s responsibilities calls for a professional with solid experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Previous experience in Bartenders Advocacy roles (or in bartending / brand ambassador) is a plus, but not a requirement. Intimate knowledge of our brands and our company, and international exposure and mind-set are instead required.
