Barilla's Group Design Thinking Team is looking for motivated students / new graduates for a 3 months internship opportunity based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).
**Brief Description**
The internship aims is to take part in a design thinking project, conducting all the tasks and activities that are required for the project to advance and succeed: users’ interviews, ideate and test ideas and concepts, synthetize learnings and insights, present findings.
Throughout the project the intern will be followed by an experienced design thinking coach that will guide the activities, help prioritize and review actions.
**Key Activities**
- Organize the activities for the week
- Design research activities and concept ideas to test with users
- Share main learnings with tutor and colleagues involved in the project (present, listen and facilitate discussions)
**Who we are looking for**
- Degree in Design (communication, service, products or else) or experience in design thinking projects such as course or university projects (if coming from another field)
- Ability to work in team
- Fluency in English
**Additional Information**
- Location: Parma (Italy)
- Duration: 3 months
- Starting date: April 2024
