Posting Date: 20-Feb-2023- City: Genova- Location: Genova, IT, 16128- Contract Type: Permanent- Division: IT Service Support- Level of experience: JuniorRINA is currently recruiting for an **IT Service Support Analyst** to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the IT Service Support Division.

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support in managing the execution and daily operation of first and second level support tickets and related service escalations
- Support in driving standardization and adherence to IT Service Management standards to maximize internal customer satisfaction
- Support implementation of process strategy, interfacing with associated ITSM processes, within the relevant portfolio (i.e. IT service desk)
- Support in continuous quality improvement of the Service Desk process

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-year experience in management of help desk activities both on software and hardware side
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. Service Now, Jira)
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work on a tight schedule and on more than one changing priorities

**Education**:

- High School Diploma/GED in Information Systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
