In line with the strategic positioning of the Group, E.ON Italia focuses on the proposal of competitive energy products and services capable of responding to the new needs of consumers for a smarter and more efficient use of energy.- We are looking for a E-Mobility Product and Marketing professional in our growing E-Mobility team based in Milan.**Main responsibilities**:
- Development and implementation of E-Mobility products and connected services like Photovoltaic or Energy tariffs, based on the understanding of customer needs and market insights:- Develop the business case for new products and submit it to the business controlling
- Market research and benchmarking
- Integrate the new products in the existing processes
- Configuration of product in the IT systems
- Responsibility for a seamless E2E customer experience for all e-mobility products in Italy:- Expert in all Details of the process from lead to service including the E2E testing before launching new products
- Responsible for the development and implementation of digital campaigns for sales and marketing in close cooperation with the digital and IT department:- Create the content for the product page
- Create the mock up
- Submit them for the final approval
- Responsible for the development and implementation of contracts for e-mobility solutions, in close cooperation with the legal department (until the final approval)
- Preparing training materials for sales partners and pitch deck for sales channels
- Coordination and steering of cross-functional teams in the organization of E.ON Energia in Italy, the local and global E.ON Drive E-mobility organization to ensure successful go-to-market activities:- Being part and organize meetings in order to be always aligned with other departments involved in e-mobility activities
- Preparation, documentation and wrap up of meetings and follow up on the actions and task of each department involved
- Offer catalogue management: defining and updating pricing, monitoring market positioning**Requirements**:
- Successfully completed studies
- Experience in project management, ideally professional experience in planning and implementation of energy solution products (hardware incl. services)
- Knowledge in contract management and/or controlling of service providers
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
- Solution-oriented Team player with analytical skills
