Il profilo andrà ad inserirsi all’interno del dipartimento Finance in un contesto dinamico in forte espansione con diverse filiali sul territorio nazionale, facente parte di un importante Gruppo Europeo, a diretto supporto del CFO.

La risorsa, gestirà le seguenti attività:
ASSICURAZIONI
- Garantirà la gestione dei rischi assicurativi mediante identificazione e follow-up dei sinistri, dialogando direttamente con clienti e fornitori
- Supporterà la stesura ed il rispetto delle policy aziendali e di Gruppo mantenendo i rapporti con i broker esterni e. le compagnie assicurative
- Faciliterà la comunicazione tra i vari dipartimenti aziendali in ambito sinistri e gestione rapporti con la clientela

AFFARI LEGALI
- Predisposizione ed aggiornamento della contrattualistica nazionale ed internazionale legata al business per i rapporti interni ed esterni anche mediante collaborazione con studi legali esterni
- Pianificazione delle attività e organizzazione delle riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione e dell’Assemblea, ed espletamento di tutte le attività societarie connesse (predisposizione avvisi di convocazione, verifica deleghe, ecc.), redazione dei relativi verbali e degli adempimenti conseguenti e tenuta libri societari

Esperienza richiesta, capacità e qualifiche
- Diploma di maturità tecnico o Laurea in discipline giuridiche e/o economiche
- Esperienza mínima di 3 anni nel settore assicurativo (corporate o industriale), nella gestione sinistri e delle relative pratiche
- Ottime capacità di analisi, sintesi e problem solving.

Completano il profilo:

- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento ad un contesto in continuo movimento;
- La conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese è un requisito indispensabile ed una conoscenza della lingua francese costituirà un vantaggio;
- Precisione ed accuratezza nello svolgere le mansioni;
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero.
