Well, if you’re interested in our Business Account Manager role, this might be your next step We are looking for a proactive Sales professional to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a very strong portfolio of historical brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
**Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to**:

- Achieve net sales and gross margin profit targets in line with annual and strategic objectives and Market Share target for Customer and/or Channel.
- External negotiation: maximise sales and margins, constantly striving to grow sales and profit. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts to secure breakthrough growth.
- Constantly track customer performance and needs and proactively make recommendations to help improve customer performance & profitability. Maximise the use of all available data and information, in order to support all customer proposals with compelling strategic and commercial agreements.
- Ensure accurate forecasting. Liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to maximise on-going product availability and meet service level & working capital targets.
- Strong interaction and collaboration with Marketing & Category Development Department, in order to accomplish company objectives.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
This is a great opportunity for someone with National Account professional experience. Ideally you will have gained experience within an International Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company.
**Here’s what we are looking for**:

- Significant Account Management experience, ideally also in Drugstores channel.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
- Consolidate computer literate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office are essential.
- Fluent Italian and English
