**Descrizione posizione**:
Per importante e strutturata realtà nei pressi di Crema, siamo alla ricerca di:

- HR BUSINESS PARTNER

La figura verrà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Risorse Umane e si occuperà di:

- Pianificazione e strategie per il personale
- Colloqui di selezione
- Gestione amministrativa legata alle assunzioni
- Contatto con clienti e fornitori

E' richiesta pregressa esperienza nell'ambito risorse umane.

L'orario di lavoro è il seguente:

- Full time di 40 ore dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 18.00

**Retribuzione e Benefit**:
Compenso: 23.000 € - 25.000 € per anno
40 ore settimanali

**Prerequisiti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nella mansione
- Proattività e voglia di lavorare in team
- Esperienza: Almeno 1 anno
