For the 2025 season, we are seeking a dedicated **Chef de Rang** to join our team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering extraordinary luxury dining experiences that reflect the unparalleled charm and sophistication of our property.

Your responsibilities will include managing the operations within our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring impeccable attention to detail from the guests’ arrival until their departure. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about offering authentic, personalized service and is eager to excel in the world of luxury hospitality.

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures.
- **Guest Experience**: Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive. Act to ensure flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.
- **Guest Relations**: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate and monitor the Commis de Rang assigned to you, ensuring they deliver high standards of service.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant.
