Tasks
- Assist customers in pre and post-sales phases
- Support the Inside Sales team in customer acquisition activities
- Processing quotes and managing information requests
- Contribute to building trusting relationships with customers
- Collaborate with the team to identify possible product improvements

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and empathetic skills
- Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Passion for nautical and technology
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
- Ability to work in a team
