We are looking for an Apprentice for **Strategic Marketing**, in Milan within the Business Development central function of Digital Industries area who will be trained in **2 years** as **Market Research Analyst**.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the
- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

**Your Challenge**
As **Market Research Analyst **some of your main activities will be:

- assess market situation trough Market and Competitor Intelligence analysis based on relationship with main Industry Association, CRM analytics, Business intelligence tools;
- lead business development initiatives focusing on scouting of prospects, from which derive digital demand generation initiatives and lead management with the support of dedicated tools;
- support implementation programs of HQ strategy in the Regional Company;
You will work closely with Digital Industries management, BUs and Sales departments.

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or management engineering or other relevant field or suitable education
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Preferred knowledge in advanced data analytics
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
