For our entity Samsung SDS Italy in Milan we are currently looking for a:
**Returns and claims manager**

**Purpose of the job**:
In the role of returns and claims manager, you are responsible for the entire returns process as well identifying and managing all customer complaints and claims. In addition you will implement improvement measures, aimed at increasing efficiency and reduce costs.

**Key activities**
- Operations:_
- Control all reverse logistic activities, from creation of the Return Delivery Order to Goods receiving
- Monitor and analyze reasons for Failed pick-ups (aperture giacenze)
- Support the “grading partner” for all returns related activities
- Monitor and analyze all claims related to both cycle/yearly inventories and “lost in transit” goods
- Support the external claim provider in all activities related to customer complaints and claims.
- Support and cooperate with service department for all commercial and Technical returns.
- Process Improvement_
- Analyze current operations in order to determine improvement possibilities
- Verify AS - IS processes and propose improved TO - BE processes
- Translate business needs and IT system requirements into processes in order to increase efficiency
- Reporting_
- Monitoring KPI of supplier (on time GR and lead time)
- Monitoring transportation processes (respect of pick-up date, root cause of failed pick-ups)

**Profile**:

We are looking for a person with:

- A Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 2 years working experience in multinational Company
- Experience in logistics operations is preferred, passion for logistics operations is a must
- A proficient level of English and Italian
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
