We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operation Manager (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner
- You train, support, and develop the drivers towards our international quality standards
- You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Italian market
- You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route
- You will be responsible for customers’ NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant experience in travel or mobility services
- 3-6 years of work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills
- Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
- Highly motivated in achievement and the entrepreneurial drive to develop our business Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Italian (native speaker level) and fluent in English
