Ensure the correct registration of employee attendance, checking the balance of
data and intervening on any anomalies.
Provide for the monthly processing of the reports connected to the attendance survey.
Provide for the management and monthly reorganization of company meal vouchers.
Check and verify expense reports
Ensure the correct management of all administrative/contractual, contributory and tax obligations concerning personnel administration

**Necessary premises**:
Education: diploma and/or degree in Administration and/or Human Resources Management and/or equivalent culture.

Experience: at least two years' experience in the same role and/or specialist training in Personnel Administration..

**Knowledge**:
Good knowledge of English (at least B1/B2)
Knowledge of the office package (Excel in particular)
Good knowledge of the contractual legislation (CCNL for the category) and of the rules governing personnel administration.
Basic knowledge of issues relating to pay and contributions.

**Responsibilities and Detailed Tasks**:

- He/she is responsible for the correct registration of employee attendance, the balancing of data and the consequent management of any anomalies;
- He is responsible for the monthly closure of the attendance cards and for the extraction of the single employment book;
- It deals with the extraction and processing of data for the preparation of reports connected to the attendance survey;
- It interfaces with the personnel administration function and with the labor consultancy firm for all activities connected with attendance tracking;
- Maintains relations with the IT company for the management of attendance and time stamps and reports any anomalies ensuring their correct resolution;
- It takes care of the monthly reordering of meal vouchers, ensuring their correct loading on the company electronic card.
- Provides for the entry and maintenance of personal data in personnel administration databases;
- It provides for the drafting of contracts of employment, transformation and termination of the employment relationship in accordance with current legislation;
- Prepares the necessary documents for new hires;
- Prepares the necessary documents for the activation of internships;
- Prepares any employment relationship declarations at the request of employees;
- It manages the remote banking service for paying slips, supplementary social security and the F24;
- Monitors compliance with the deadlines associated with the employment relationship (term contracts, probationary periods, part-time contracts, temporary employment contracts, choice of destination of the severance indemnity) and the fulfillment of practices relating to the employee employment relationship;
- Guarantees the compilation and endorsement of the mandatory books;
- It updates the data relating to wages, salaries, contributions, severance pay and tax obligations;
- Supports the internal customer in drafting documents and practices relating to personnel administration;
- Maintains relations with the payroll office for monthly salary processing and for all aspects related to personnel administration.
- Check and verify expense reports
- Ensure the correct management of all administrative/contractual, contributory and tax obligations concerning personnel administration.
