Per la nuova apertura di un Curio Collection by Hilton 5* nella città di Firenze siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Financial Assistant da inserire nel nostro fantastico team
La risorsa riporterà funzionalmente al Group Director of Finance&Administration e contribuirà al raggiungimento e al successo degli obiettivi e delle future strategie finanziarie della property e del gruppo, con le seguenti attività dedicate:
- monitoraggio e verifica della correttezza della fatturazione attiva e dell’attribuzione di ricavi;
- riversamento dei dati da PMS in contabilità;
- verifica e attribuzione dei movimenti e saldi bancari;
- monitoraggio degli incassi con carte di credito;
- registrazione in contabilità generale e analitica delle fatture di acquisto di beni strumentali e di consumo;
- registrazione in contabilità generale e analitica delle fatture di acquisto di servizi;
- registrazione in contabilità generale e analitica degli oneri relativi a imposte e tasse, premi assicurativi, locazioni;
- esecuzione dei batches per la registrazione delle paghe, degli ammortamenti e delle rilevazioni di magazzino;
- redazione del P&L mensile;
- redazione dei forecast periodici;
- supporto nella redazione del budget annuale;
- supporto nella redazione del bilancio d’esercizio;
- verifica degli scostamenti tra i risultati consuntivi e il budget;
- gestione degli scadenziari attivi e passivi;
- supporto amministrativo alle funzioni operative e di back office.
REQUISITI NECESSARI
I requisiti per ricoprire questo ruolo sono:
- Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale/magistrale in area economico-finanziaria;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia nello scritto che nel parlato;
- Gradita pregressa esperienza di auditing o di controlling o esperienza in realtà del settore alberghiero in ruoli equivalenti;
- Costituisce un plus la competenza nell’utilizzo del PMS OnQ o altri PMS equivalenti;
PERSONALITA’ E SKILLS
- Conoscenza dei principi e dei software di contabilità attiva e passiva;
- Buona capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Competenza a livello avanzato nell’utilizzo di Excel e delle relative funzioni;
- Proattività e curiosità nell’affrontare le sfide quotidiane del lavoro;
- Approccio analitico alla risoluzione dei problemi e mentalità orientata alla pianificazione;
