Company Description
**VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic products ITaly) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

**Job Description**:
You will join the Purchasing Department, supporting the Supplier Quality team**;**

You will have the opportunity to work on the development of product components for series production and on new projects;
You will proactively participate in the development of local suppliers according to the Automotive standards.

You will be involved in the auditing activities at suppliers’ plants and manage partnerships with current automotive suppliers.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Student or newly graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials and Electronics Engineering or similar academic background;
**Experience and Know How**: Academic knowledge;
**Technical knowledge**: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); SAP would be a plus;
**Personality**: Goal-orientation, team working, analytical skills, flexibility, proactivity, problem solving, willingness to take responsibilities;
**Language skills**: Fluent Italian and English.
