**Sustainability Reporting Internship**:
JOB MISSION

Supportare il team SustainAbility al fine di ottimizzare l'impatto positivo dell'azienda nei confronti dei suoi stakeholders e dell’ambiente, favorendo la trasparenza dell’azienda verso i suoi stakeholders interni ed esterni e realizzando progetti a salvaguardia del pianeta.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporto all’ideazione e redazione del rapporto di sostenibilità e relazione d’impatto annuale del Gruppo con modalità innovative (design thinking, playful innovation & simplification focus);
Guidare la raccolta dei contenuti necessari alla redazione del rapporto di sostenibilità e relazione d’impatto, interfacciandosi con stakeholders interni a livello internazionale;
Supporto nella gestione di progetti in modalità agile;
Supporto nella preparazione di meeting inter-funzionali interni e nell’ organizzazione e gestione delle riunioni periodiche del team di progetto (agenda, report) con partecipazione diretta;
Supporto nella gestione del team inter-funzionali di sostenibilità, il Regenerateam;
Supporto nell’ideazione, pianificazione e realizzazione di eventi e meeting collegati a progetti di sostenibilità.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Laurea magistrale in comunicazione o in discipline economiche con focus in ambito sostenibilità;
Ottime conoscenze di program / project management / agile management;
**Buone capacità comunicative**: orale & scritte;
Un’esperienza nella redazione di bilanci di sostenibilità è un plus;
Ottima conoscenza della suite di Office (in particolare Power Point & Word);
Tool di aiuto alla gestione progetti (e.g. Microsoft project, Task e Teams);
La conoscenza di adobe indesign e illustrator è un plus;
Autonomia e proattività;
Orientamento al risultato e alla pianificazione;
Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione efficiente dei compiti assegnati;
Orientamento al lavoro in team e propensione alla condivisione;
Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento;
Forte interesse (manifestato e già coltivato) per temi di sostenibilità.
