Il nostro cliente è una **multinazionale** attiva nella produzione di **prodotti alimentari** dedicati e ditribuiti nel canale Horeca/Food Service. Per la filiale commerciale italiana stiamo ricercando Il **Sales Lead Italy. **Sarà responsabile del deployment di un nuovo programma di supporto ai clienti e alla rete vendita, con l'obiettivo di dare evidenza delle esigenze del mercato locale (Italia) e supportare al meglio la forza vendita attraverso dati e nuovi leads (lead generation).

Il ruolo riporterà al Country Lead e contestualmente si interfaccerà con HQ in Olanda (Customer Service, IT department, Marketing e Sales)

**Attività**:

- Essere il Program Leader del progetto in fase di implementazione
- Coordinare i reparti interni nell'implementazione e follow up del progetto
- Generare per la Sales force nuove opportunità di lead attraverso l'e-commerce
- Supportare il Country Lead nelle attività di business

**Requirements**:

- Laurea in materie Economiche, Marketing, Giuridiche più eventuale master
- **Almeno 5 anni di esperienza** maturata all'interno del Marketing e/o delle Vendite
- Provenienza da contesti multinazionali con organizzazione matriciale
- Aver maturato **esperienza in progetti di cambiamento**, implementazione di nuovi programmi di supporto al business con focus sulla forza vendite e su nuovi progetti.
- Comprensione del business
- **Lingua Inglese eccellente** (oltre l'italiano)
