**Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) Manager
Il CSU Manager avrà il compito di gestire il team di commissioning e startup composto da circa 14 persone, al fine di completare il commissioning e startup di 19 sistemi dell'impianto petrolchimico di Ferrara. Il progetto di revamping dell'impianto ha un orizzonte temporale ampio, con un inizio previsto per agosto 2023 e una conclusione prevista per il primo trimestre del 2026. Il CSU Manager sarà responsabile della gestione complessiva delle attività di CSU, inclusa l'integrazione del personale di Operazioni e delle organizzazioni correlate nel team CSU, l'identificazione e la gestione dei rischi legati al CSU, la finalizzazione e la pubblicazione dei requisiti del CSU ai dipartimenti pertinenti e la gestione del sistema di gestione del completamento.
Il Gantt del progetto prevede che la prima attività di commissioning si svolgerà durante la fermata di settembre, con una prefermata di circa 3-4 settimane (durante la quale la presenza richiesta del CSU Manager sarà scarsa) e una successiva presenza prolungata durante la fermata.
La fase di precommissioning richiede la presenza del CSU Manager per circa 1-2 giorni a settimana. Essa inizia alla fine di agosto con l'avvio delle attività di Site Acceptance Test (SAT) e prosegue fino a novembre, con un'attività concentrata nel mese di settembre.
Responsabilità principali:
- Gestione complessiva e coordinamento delle attività CSU, tra cui lo sviluppo e l'implementazione del piano CSU, la garanzia del rispetto delle specifiche del progetto, il coordinamento con altri dipartimenti e la gestione del team CSU.
- Integrazione, formazione e supporto del personale di Operazioni e delle organizzazioni correlate nel team CSU.
- Identificazione e gestione dei rischi legati al CSU, finalizzazione e pubblicazione dei requisiti del CSU ai dipartimenti pertinenti.
- Gestione del sistema di gestione del completamento, monitoraggio dei programmi di test, supervisione delle revisioni pre-avvio, garanzia della disponibilità di tutti i pezzi di ricambio CSU prima della pre-commissioning e dell'avvio, supervisione dei test di accettazione sul sito, gestione del processo di punch list e supporto Operazioni durante la TCCC dei sistemi commissionati.
**Requirements**:
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel commissioning e startup di impianti petrolchimici o chimici, con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in posizioni di responsabilità di gestione del CSU.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle pratiche di commissioning, startup e delle normative applicabili.
- Abilità di gestione e coordinamento di un team di commissioning e startup.
- Capacità di collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire il successo del progetto.
- Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione e di problem solving.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare e a lavorare in loco per periodi prolungati di tempo, se necessario.
Si richiede inoltre una flessibilità per quanto riguarda la disponibilità, poiché la presenza del CSU Manager richiesta in loco sarà continua durante la fase di commissioning, mentre nella fase di precommissioning sarà di circa (1-2 gg/settimana).
