Il nostro cliente è una delle prime aziende italiane che ha introdotto il concetto di Fintech sul mercato e quest’anno spegne la decima candelina. Si posiziona come leader di settore, ha maturato un expertise consolidata ed è finanziariamente solida.

Il business riguarda il factoring trading infatti si tratta di un un marketplace digitale che consente di cedere i propri crediti commerciali, il tutto connotato da una forte spinta tecnologica orientata verso l’automazione dei processi.

**QUALE PROFILO STIAMO CERCANDO**

Per loro stiamo cercando un **Sales Account Executive** che dovrà essere in grado di operare in un ambiente estremamente dinamico, apprendere i servizi e la value proposition in tempi rapidi e realizzare il processo di vendita convertendo leads qualificati dialogando con i decision makers di aziende di tutte le dimensioni.

In particolare si occuperà di:

- Completare con successo la formazione sui prodotti ed essere pronto per iniziare a realizzare attivamente il processo di vendita nel primo mese di lavoro, continuando a mantenere un apprendimento costante.
- Conoscere e coadiuvare i processi di acquisto di organizzazioni aziendali complesse per procedere con costanza nel processo di conversione da “lead” a “revenue generator”.
- Affiancare i responsabili e i dirigenti delle aziende nell’analisi delle problematiche della gestione del capitale circolante per proporre e realizzare soluzioni basate sul valore aggiunto (e non sul prezzo).
- Collaborare con tutto il sales team, il marketing e il team di prodotto per trasformare le opportunità in business, costruire le competenze collettive del team e condividere le informazioni (e le intuizioni) di chi sta in prima linea.
- Raggiungere (e superare) gli obiettivi di vendita stabiliti periodicamente.

QUALI COMPETENZE VERIFICHEREMO
- Fortissimo orientamento all’obiettivo
- Background economico/finanziario e/o un’esperienza imprenditoriale
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di factoring o di altri strumenti finanziari
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come sales o account management con clienti corporate
- Capacità di eseguire il processo di vendita in maniera organizzata
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta
- Eccellenti capacità di analisi, di ricerca e di utilizzo dei dati
