**Attività previste**:
Gestione delle attività di continua evoluzione digitale della relazione con i rivenditori ed i giocatori, di costruzione di un ecosistema caratterizzato da offerte flessibili, funzionali e coerenti fra i touchpoint B2B e B2C e di ottimizzazione della CX in tutte le fasi del Journey.
- Attività di programmazione e pianificazione
- Interazione con le altre BU aziendali per la raccolta di need e di informazioni su processi / prodotti / esperienze / etc. funzionali alle attività di service creation
- Elaborazione di benchmark al fine di identificare le best practice di mercato per il disegno di nuovi servizi/funzionalità e per l’evoluzione di quelli esistenti
- SAL periodici con il team UX e con IT per garantire l’esecuzione delle attività (es. Progettazione, RU, sviluppi, collaudi, etc.) nel rispetto dei tempi, del perimetro e degli obiettivi di progetto
- Analisi funzionali al lancio di nuovi servizi / funzionalità e monitoraggio dell’andamento post go - live
- Redazione di documenti su nuovi servizi / funzionalità destinati alle altre aree aziendali e/o al Top Management
- Organizzazione e presidio dei rilasci in produzione
- Supporto alle verifiche e all’indirizzamento di eventuali problematiche post go - live

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza del mercato del gioco regolamentato
- Padronanza nell’utilizzo degli strumenti del pacchetto office
- Capacità di analisi dei dati e di elaborazione di insight
- Conoscenza degli aspetti chiave del ciclo di vita di prodotti/servizi digitali (web e mobile)
- Capacità di analisi e di proposizione di soluzioni
- Buone doti di comunicazione e relazione
- Propensione al teamwork
- Orientamento al risultato
- Lingue: Inglese Livello B2

**Esperienza**:

- 3/4 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi

**Titolo di studi**:

- Preferibile Laurea magistrale in discipline scientifiche (Ingegneria, Economia)
