Snam è il principale operatore europeo nel trasporto e nello stoccaggio di gas naturale, con un’infrastruttura in grado di abilitare la transizione energetica. È tra le prime dieci società quotate italiane per capitalizzazione di mercato.

Il gruppo gestisce una rete di metanodotti di circa 41.000 km tra Italia, Austria, Francia, Grecia e Regno Unito e detiene il 3,5% della capacità di stoccaggio di gas a livello mondiale. È, inoltre, uno dei maggiori operatori nella rigassificazione del GNL (gas naturale liquefatto).

Con i suoi 80 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nella gestione di reti e impianti, Snam garantisce la sicurezza degli approvvigionamenti e promuove la transizione energetica, attraverso investimenti nei gas verdi (biometano e idrogeno) e nell’efficienza energetica, nei territori attraversati.

Snam si è data l’obiettivo zero emissioni nette di CO2 equivalente Scope 1 e 2 entro il 2040 e un target di riduzione delle emissioni indirette Scope 3 (consociate, fornitori) entro il 2030.

Nell’ambito della Direzione Human Resources, Organization & PFM, nell’area che si occupa di Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning & Labour Cost, stiamo cercando una brillante risorsa che, a diretto riporto dell’Executive Compensation Manager, si occuperà principalmente di:

- supportare il team nell’ambito delle attività propedeutiche allo svolgimento del Comitato Nomine e Remunerazioni e, in generale, degli Organi Sociali sulle tematiche di competenza (predisposizione di analisi e documenti a supporto delle riunioni);
- sviluppare analisi di pay for performance e data analytics in ambito Compensation e Reward;
- definire e gestire le politiche retributive per il Top Management e per gli Executive;
- predisporre analisi di benchmarking retributivo;
- predisporre le campagne annuali di compensation: salary review, incentivazione variabile di breve periodo e incentivazione variabile di lungo periodo;
- supportare il team nella definizione delle politiche retributive e nella stesura della Relazione annuale sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti;
- aggiornare periodicamente il Budget atteso nel breve e nel medio lungo periodo relativamente alle politiche retributive;
- supportare il team nei progetti di digitalizzazione (sap / success factor) e di armonizzazione e integrazione di processi HR di competenza.

Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
**Must have**
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella Direzione HR di aziende medio/grandi quotate in borsa su ruoli comparabili o in società di consulenza HR specializzata.
- Laurea in: economia o ingegneria
- Gradite competenze in executive compensation/executive reward, corporate governance, HR consulting/HR advisory
- Uso eccellente di Microsoft Office (Excel e PowerPoint)
- Richiesto inglese fluente

**Nice to have**
- Esperienza nella gestione diretta dei principali processi di compensation (implementazione sistemi di MBO, piani di incentivazione azionaria di lungo termine)
- Capacità di preparare report, memo, presentazioni in PowerPoint

**Soft Skills**
- Imprenditorialità, attitudine alle sfide e a lavorare per progetti
- Ottime abilità di PMO, problem solving, pianificazione delle attività e gestione delle scadenze
- Ottime doti relazionali/comunicative e capacità di interfacciarsi con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione
- Affidabilità, atteggiamento proattivo e curioso, orientamento al risultato e attenzione ai dettagli
