Description and Requirements

The Visual Business Development Manager will be the visual market expert responsible for setting up and driving the business development by implementing the route to market growth strategy, growing and nurturing the partner base in addition to supporting the channel sales organization.

Visual Business Development Manager will have Full P&L responsibility Visual business in the country across all customer segments. What task are waiting for you in this role?

• Own the designated product portfolio end-to-end- from market introduction through to EOL

• Collaborate with the sales teams to prepare product offerings, price setting, inventory management and promotions

• Support Product Portfolio Management to drive sustainable market share growth in line with Lenovo's financial targets

• Prepare quarterly sales-in/sales-out planning in cooperation with the distribution and channel team

• Prepare an accurate portfolio forecast and transition planning

• Determine customer needs through participation in Sales & Customer meetings, you recommend and position appropriate product to customers What do we expect from you?

• Excellent product knowledge across VISUALS, Notebooks, Desktops and general Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good customer facing skills

• English fluent

• Travel time percentage up to 50%
