Per prestigiosa Azienda di abbigliamento Premium
- Definire il concept, i contenuti, e le caratteristiche dell'evento;
- Collaborare strettamente con il Direttore Marketing per sviluppare e implementare strategie di eventi al dettaglio efficaci;
- Gestire il budget degli eventi, inclusi i costi relativi a location, fornitori, personale, materiali e altre spese pertinenti;
- Assicurare la presenza di un'esperienza di acquisto memorabile per i clienti durante gli eventi, attraverso l'allestimento di ambienti accattivanti e coinvolgenti;
- Monitorare e valutare i risultati degli eventi, raccogliendo feedback dai partecipanti e analizzando le metriche di successo;
- Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita delle tendenze del settore retail e dell'evoluzione dei comportamenti dei consumatori, per garantire eventi all'avanguardia e rilevanti;
- Supervisionare e gestire il team di eventi al dettaglio, fornendo direttive chiare, supporto e sviluppo professionale.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Retail Events Manager/Specialist o posizioni simili, preferibilmente nell'ambito del settore retail.
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Event Management o un campo correlato.
- Eccellenti competenze organizzative e capacità di gestione del tempo, con la capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali.
- Creatività e capacità di pensare in modo innovativo per sviluppare esperienze di eventi al dettaglio uniche ed emozionanti.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti e risolvere problemi in modo tempestivo.
- Passione per la moda e una solida comprensione del settore retail.
- Fluente il livello della lingua inglese
