Join us and DARE to be entrepreneurs of beauty PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Retail Manager will manage the retail business, drive performance, train and develop teams. The chosen candidate will develop growth, maximizing sales and profitability whilst providing the retail team with a stimulating and supportive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Maximize Brands' business in all sales opportunities and monitor retail team performance & KPIs to increase productivityDefine and transmit to the retail team measurable objectives to achieve and a KPI driven approachIncrease store performance by continually coaching and developing the retail team, identifying and meeting training needsAnalyze sell out and propose corrective action plans, provide realistic plans and forecasts on sell out performanceEstablish strong relationships with key retailersAnalyze new product sales ensuring all opportunities are being maximizedDiscuss retail sales targets for each store with the team and monitor weekly / monthly / quarterly retail sales to ensure actual is in line with forecastAct as project manager for retail operations initiatives and collaborate with the team in ensuring roll-out effectivenessMonitor LFB service codes & attitudes within the retail networkEnsure the perfect execution of store events and animationsMonitor and report on market trends and competitorsEnsure that all retail expenditure is in line with budgetProfilePROFILE Over 5 years of previous experience in Commercial or Retail related positionsResults & customer-orientationBusiness acumen, ability to catch new opportunities for the BrandsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteStrong People Management Skills (motivation and lead)Strong Negotiation and Influencing skillsStructured approach to planning and KPI measuring, data analysis and trend forecastingEntrepreneurial spirit, able to handle complexity and work in multi-tasking environmentLuxury attitude and passion for beauty marketWilling to travel frequentlyFluent English, French is a plusLVMH Fragrance Brands recognizes and recruits all talents.
