**Retail Manager**

La figura avrà responsabilità per il network retail europeo e nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Presidio e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e di profittabilità condivisi con la Direzione Commerciale;
- Definizione delle strategie commerciali e promozionali in concerto con la Direzione Commerciale;
- Coordinamento e collegamento tra gli Store Manager ed HQ, garantendone la corretta e tempestiva comunicazione;
- Coaching e condivisione con gli Store Manager di tutti i focus del business: obiettivi, strategie, direttive e costi;
- Selezione delle figure chiave e raccolta delle esigenze formative;
- Supervisione e gestione dell’assortimento e prodotto, coordinandosi con le diverse funzioni aziendali (visual merchandising, marketing, merchandising, etc.);
- Diffusione delle politiche e cultura aziendale, nel rispetto delle guidelines stabilite.
- Analizzare costantemente il mercato e i traguardi di business raggiunti;

Requisiti:

- Disponibilità alla mobilità su tutto il territorio internazionale;
- Esperienza consolidata come Retail Manager maturata in aziende retail del settore luxury, fashion, moda;
- Leadership, entusiasmo, forte orientamento al risultato e spirito di squadra;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di mediazione;
- Dimestichezza con l’utilizzo del pacchetto Office, in particolare di MS Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
