L’azienda nostra cliente è un’importante **Talent & Creative Agency** attiva nel settore dell’**Entertainment**, specializzata in management, influencer marketing, produzione eventi e sviluppo di importanti progetti creativi.
Per il potenziamento della struttura, siamo alla ricerca del seguente profilo:
**HEAD OF SALES / DIRETTORE COMMERCIALE**
**Posizione**:
Il / La Candidato / a ideale sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'esecuzione della strategia commerciale dell’azienda sia in termini di new business che di mantenimento e sviluppo dei clienti acquisiti.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Sviluppo di rapporti commerciali con Aziende, Agenzie, Centri Media, Artisti, Major discografiche, Management terzi, finalizzati alla realizzazione di accordi di Brand Partnership e progetti creativi (es. campagne pubblicitarie, endorsement, campagne di influencer marketing);
- Coordinamento, ricerca e sviluppo di accordi di carattere commerciale per i reparti interni Talent, Progetti Speciali, Fashion, Social Media Management;
- Attività di business development su clienti e agenzie italiane ed estere;
- Direzione e coordinamento del team sales.
**Requisiti**:
- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 4 / 5 anni, acquisita all’interno di agenzie di comunicazione/pubblicitarie, del settore Entertainment o di aziende marketing oriented;
- Consolidate relazioni commerciali, di negoziazione ed elevate capacità relazionali;
- Conoscenza dei trend e delle logiche comunicative in ambito digital;
- Conoscenza del mondo influencer italiano;
- Buona conoscenza dell’Inglese scritto e parlato.
**Completano il profilo**: spiccate doti commerciali, leadership e capacità manageriali, nonché propensione al teamwork, mentalità proattiva.
