**Posizione**:
As Event Coordinator and Internal Communication Specialist, within the Corporate Communication Department, you will promote a positive public image for NHOA group and be responsible for the creation and dissemination of the contents for the internal communication.

**Task and duties**:

- Organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of physical and digital events and exhibitions, handling every detail with precision
- Managing all event coordination and organization tasks including day-to-day administration, venue selection, participants’ invitation, public promotion, and post-event follow up with attendees
- Managing the digital transmission of events when required
- Attending and supervising physical events to ensure their smooth realisation
- Making sure that all the events are carried out within the given budget and standards by negotiating with the cost and prices of various suppliers and managing the suppliers’ payment process
- Producing post-event analysis, budget evaluations and participant feedback for internal use
- Manage the mailbox and repository dedicated to event organisation in a timely and consistent manner
- Supporting the creation of communication and marketing materials (backdrops, roll-ups, branded materials as notes, pens and shoppers, etc.) and managing their production, delivery and storage
- Supporting the realization of events communication campaigns, including the creation of multimedia contents (texts, videos, photos, renders) across a range of platforms as website, brochures, social media and more
- Developing and executing the internal communication plan that aligns internal messages with the company’s vision, mission, and values
- Working in close partnership with other Departments (especially HR, HSEQ, ICT, and CEO Staff) to execute internal communication initiatives from concept to delivery
- Developing and authoring a variety of internal communications including announcements and presentations to be delivered across the Company internal communication channels
- Managing of the Company’s internal communication channels and supporting the organization of internal events, by crafting the messaging and program through agenda, speaker selection and logistics
- Updating the Company intranet with the latest version of company docs and templates.

**Requisiti**:

- At least two-year experience in related fields
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with MS Office package
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Willing to work from the office and travel in Italy and abroad
