SALES MANAGER RESORT AND APARTMENTS

Il profilo, con diretto riporto al Regional Manager Sales & Marketing, si occuperà di:

- Individuare e costruire relazioni con potenziali clienti nei principali mercati esteri in Europa e Stati Uniti;
- Sviluppare una funzionale strategia di vendita per raggiungere obiettivi di fatturato e ricavi;
- Acquisire nuovi clienti;
- Sviluppare e gestire piani d'azione annuali e budget delle attività di vendita;
- Partecipare ad eventi e fiere dedicate al settore ricettivo privato;
- Pubblicizzare e commercializzare le proprietà in collaborazione con il team

di marketing;
- Creare esperienze adeguate all'esclusività delle proprietà proposte;
- Ricercare possibili clienti interessati al futuro acquisto delle proprietà e

gestire i rapporti;
- dimostra doti analitiche, leadership, flessibilità e capacità di

lavorare in gruppo;
- è in grado di stabilire relazioni reciprocamente vantaggiose con

gli altri;
- è in grado di stabilire obiettivi e aspettative e identificare le

priorità in modo chiaro e deciso;
- ha un forte orientamento al risultato;
Altri requisiti:

- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia Aziendale,

Comunicazione o Marketing;
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa (3-5 anni) nel settore

alberghiero e/o immobiliare.
- L'esperienza nel mercato europeo è un vantaggio;
- Familiarità con i social media e altri network professionali;
- Eccellente comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,

PowerPoint);
- Italiano madrelingua e inglese di ottimo livello;
