Importante Azienda metalmeccanica leader a livello internazionale nella progettazione e realizzazione di macchine caratterizzate da tecnologia ed innovazione, ci ha incaricati di ricercare:
**BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO**

Il/La Candidato/a, operando all’interno dell’ Ufficio Sales Administration, si occuperà di gestire l’intero processo di vendita dei loro prodotti strutturato con offerta, ricevimento ordini, spedizioni e fatturazione, in un contesto prettamente internazionale.

**Principali Responsabilità**
- Gestione offerte ai clienti
- Gestione rapporti con i clienti, principalmente intragruppo
- Inserimento e verifica degli ordini clienti
- Verifica disponibilità dei prodotti con interazione con logística e produzione
- Gestione delle spedizioni (trasporti, pratiche doganali, coordinamento con magazzino prodotti finiti)
- Gestione della documentazione doganale
- Preparazione statistiche di vendita

**Requisiti Richiesti**
- Diploma o laurea
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-4 anni nell’ambito di uffici vendite estero maturata in realtà industriali, preferibilmente multinazionali;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita la conoscenza della lingua tedesca
- Utilizzo di sistemi ERP di gestione aziendale (preferibilmente SAP) e dei comuni strumenti office
- Buone capacità di relazione sia nei confronti dei clienti sia all’interno del proprio gruppo di lavoro e degli atri enti aziendali;
- Proattività, flessibilità, disponibilità al cambiamento;
- Disponibilità a trasferte, nazionali ed estere, di breve durata e ad una limitata flessibilità negli orari di lavoro.
