**PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER**

la figura di occuperà di:

- Collaborare con tutti i reparti produttivi, (interni e in outsourcing) tra cui anche il Terminal Logistico, definendo le priorità della programmazione e controllo componenti al fine di rispettare il piano di produzione e le richieste dei clienti;
- Controllare l’avanzamento della produzione delle divisioni Plastic & Cleaning;
- Pianificare le produzioni in essere attraverso l’utilizzo del gestionale microsoft ax, e gli altri strumenti aziendali, tra cui dipartimentale NICIM
- Coordinarsi riguardo l’approvvigionamento delle materie prime attraverso gli ordini fornitori con il Responsabile Acquisti;
- Verificare la fattibilità del piano di produzione e dell’impegno della capacità produttiva, in accordo con i responsabili di produzione e degli stabilimenti.
- Monitorare i principali KPI legati alla pianificazione della produzione e definire il piano di produzione in funzione dell’andamento degli stessi (Fatturato, backorder, DTR, reparti/postazioni/macchine);
- Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di produzione e di Processo Miglioramento Continuo;
- Collaborare con gli altri enti per garantire la massima efficienza dei flussi logistici per lo stampaggio materiali, punzonatura, e confezionamenti vari.
- Aggiornare la programmazione di produzione attraverso la presa in carico degli ordini di vendita e la costante analisi della domanda;
- Gestire le richieste di materiali da parte di altri enti, definendo tempistiche di consegna e verificandone l’effettiva disponibilità in funzione delle esigenze produttive, di magazzino, e di vendita.

Nello specifico, la figura prescelta possiede:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (o formazione universitaria equivalente);
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza maturata in pianificazione della produzione o ruoli analoghi all’interno di contesti aziendali strutturati;
- Buona conoscenza del gestionale SAP/Microsoft AX, MRP e del pacchetto office; NICIM o altro dipartimentale gestione produzione.
- Predisposizione al problem solving e capacità di analisi;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
