**Posizione**:
In qualità di **Retail Excellence Specialist,** entrerai a far parte del team Distribution & Logistics e diventerai il punto di riferimento per la formazione delle risorse di tutti i nostri canali distributivi. Avrai l’obiettivo di garantire l’eccellenza di contenuti e processi formativi, in modo che esprimano al massimo i nostri valori aziendali.

Nello specifico ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

- Riconoscere, individuare, costruire e consolidare le modalità di learning, elaborando moduli formativi per tutti i canali distributivi;
- Definire processi e procedure di vendita e post-vendita;
- Seguire la formazione sul territorio e curare focus group con le risorse degli iliad Store, raccogliendo feedback propedeutici al miglioramento delle attività di formazione.

**Requisiti**:
Must have
- Entusiasmo, intraprendenza, predisposizione a condividere le tue conoscenze con gli altri;
- Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e proattività;
- Orientamento al lavoro in team;
- Capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in rapida evoluzione;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale;
- Spiccate doti di pianificazione, organizzazione e velocità.

Nice to have
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Esperienza pregressa in Store;
- Esperienza pregressa nell’ambito formativo.
