SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER HEALTHCARE ACUTE ITALY

Exciting opportunity to manage and drive the Nuance Healthcare Software Solutions Sales activity to assigned customers in Italy in order to maximize revenue, expansion and growth.

Position Description
- Develop the Acute market in Italy. Establishing a direct relationship with the largest Partners in the EMR space, such as Dedalus and Afea. Together with the Partner Team identify, recruit and manage new partners.
- Generate leads and support our partners in the sales process implementing a “sales with” strategy with a direct touch with the key end users.
- Manage and growth current activity in Diagnostics in order to maximize revenue and according the strategy and policy define by the company.

Reporting to the Senior Director Global Emerging Markets

Principal

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve Net New Bookings targets and propose contingency plans in case of deviations.
- Generate pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel using SFDC and provide accurate business forecast and implement contingency plans.
- Direct touch with the assigned customers in Hospital segment (Public & Private Groups) leading the sales cycle.
- Manage the relationship with the partners assigned and support them during the sales process with a sell with strategy.
- Coordinate and align the local sales activity in the International Accounts with the global strategy.
- Provide active input to Product Management for road map definition and product development and support with data collection.
- Collaborate with Marketing in the definition and implementation of the marketing activities and according the budgets assigned.
- Contribute in the new product introduction.
- Business development activities in recruiting new partners according the company sales strategy.

Number of Years of Work Experience:
5+ years of successful relationship sales experience in the healthcare market

**Required Skills**:

- Customer focus
- Show a proven track record in successfully selling
- Strong Healthcare & Software Solutions sales background including Cloud/SaaS-based solutions
- Knowledge of cloud economics and commercial models, cost structure and value drivers; make‑buy analysis
- Mandatory fluent spoken and written in Italian & English.
- Proven ability in dealing, negotiating and closing solution selling deals
- Relevant experience in working with virtual teams.
- Experience in channel management

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the healthcare market

Experience in SFDC

**Education**:
University degree in Business / Economics
