**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Opera all'interno della Direzione Operations, a riporto dell'Operations Manager.

La mission consiste nel gestire: gli asset Homecare (RENT) dall’acquisto fino alla loro dismissione (rottamazione), siano essi nel perimetro Gas (Freelox, Bombole, Concentratori) o nel perimetro Medical Device (Ventilatori, CPAP, Aspiratori, Altri Medical Devices ecc).

Segue la pianificazione delle manutenzioni preventive per garantire tutte le attività di mantenimento in buono stato degli asset (attività di revisione, collaudo o refurbishing incluse); assicura che vengano pianificate e coordina tutte le attività di manutenzione preventiva, avvalendosi di tool informatici idonei a monitorare le sopracitate manutenzioni.

Assicura il mantenimento nei Magazzini Materiali degli stock idonei alle attività previste sugli Asset in termini di parti di ricambio o componenti necessari all’espletamento delle attività programmate.

Per svolgere tale mansione si avvale del supporto tecnico del Senior Technical Specialist

All'interno del Team Operations VitalAire, siamo alla ricerca di Un/Una:
Asset Administration Specialist

La persona nello specifico si occupa di:

- Garantire la disponibilità degli Asset: monitora la disponibilità in tempo reale, procede all'acquisto, sotto la supervisione dell'Operations Manager e in collaborazione con gli Area Manager, qualora non fosse già presente nel parco. Inserisce TCO, elabora e propone i budget, riceve le successive commissioni, monitora e collabora con il Controllo di Gestione per la contabilità delle commissioni e lo stato del parco Asset.
- Gestisce il ciclo di vita dell' Asset, dall'acquisto alla sua dismissione: redige le procedure di inventario periodico, segue la revisione periodica e il collaudo, coordina i piani di dismissione degli Asset obsoleti o danneggiati
- Definisce i livelli di stock dei magazzini materiali dei pezzi di ricambio
- Monitora e coordina in termini di pianificazione la manutenzione del fabbricante per ciascuna tipologia di Asset
- Supporta i progetti di lancio di nuovi prodotti coordinandosi con i Project Manager dedicati.

- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1/2 anni maturata all'interno di contesti multinazionali strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Preferibile conoscenza di SAP
