About the Role
Nespresso is a company that revolutionizes the world of coffee every day to create a positive impact and help improve people's lives and the environment around us. We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team in Milan HQ (Assago).
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales back office activities in different routes to market (direct and indirect)
- Lead new key processes in a new context with different stakeholders
- Monitor machine asset and penalty with other company departments and penalty calculation
- Contract archiving and special customer needs
- Communication and support
Requirements
- Highly committed to Nespresso
- Experience in the commercial environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Experience in entrepreneurial organization
- Ability to onboard different stakeholders
What We Offer
