Italian Speaking Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Italian Speaking Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional post-sales service to our international clients, focusing on servicing a portfolio of accounts across Italy & the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert product knowledge and ensure client satisfaction through superior service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with local market commercial leads, Account Managers and stakeholders to identify and capitalise on business opportunities, driving growth through superior service delivery.
• Be the first line of support in terms of supporting clients with our Planning tools (Nielsen Media Impact, Commspoint and Clear Decisions) and our Digital tools (Digital Ad Ratings and Total Ad Ratings).
• Upskill team members on user interface training, campaign setup/KO call training & client facing presentations.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent day to day client support, set up and training, whilst building strong and value-added relationships.
Requirements:
• Fluent Italian speaking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to prioritize workload.
• Ability to interpret data or experience in running reports/using data-based applications.
• Competency on MS office/Google products (Word, Excel, PPT, Doc, Sheet, Slides).
• An enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and capable of working proactively.
• Results-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work well with a diverse customer base and various internal teams.
