**Guest Experience Manager**

**La figura si occuperà di**:

- Gestire le comunicazioni con i clienti durante tutte le fasi della loro esperienza in hotel;
- Brand Ambassador; attuazione e monitoraggio delle politiche del marchio alberghiero;
- Servizio dedicato agli ospiti VIP - Seguire con il ricevimento, il trattamento VIP, garantendo loro tutti i vantaggi dedicati;
- Gestire le recensioni degli hotel; promuovere l’apprezzamento del soggiorno da parte dei clienti nelle pagine di valutazione online; rispondere ai commenti pubblicati, monitorando il posizionamento della struttura online;
- Massimizzare la soddisfazione del cliente (Monitoraggio del grado di soddisfazione e definizione delle azioni di miglioramento);
- Problem Solving;

**Si richiede**:

- Esperienza in hotel 4-5*;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; apprezzata la conoscenza della lingua spagnola.

**Stagista per Ricevimento / Prenotazioni**

Stage extra-curriculare iniziale di 3 mesi estendibile a 6 mesi totali, centralizzato nella formazione presso il Ricevimento e Reparto Booking imparando tutte le procedure e le attività dei Reparti
- Conoscenza anche basilare della lingua inglese;
- Buone capacità di relazione e comunicazione;
- Forte orientamento verso l’ospite;
- Motivazione ed entusiasmo completano il profilo;
- Rimborso Spese mensile - No Vitto ed Alloggio.
