**Continuos Improvement Leader**

**Posizione**

La figura ricercata, riportando gerarchicamente al General Manager della sede di Lucca e funzionalmente al Business Improvement Manager, è responsabile della pianificazione, della guida e dell’implementazione dei progetti di miglioramento aziendale.

Nello specifico, si occupa di:

- Supportare a partire dall’analisi e dalla mappatura dei processi AS IS l'implementazione del programma Lean e dei relativi strumenti, tecniche e metodi.
- Applicare la conoscenza técnica dell'intero processo produttivo per facilitare soluzioni di miglior efficacia ed efficienza.
- Definire gli standard e le best practices di monitoraggio dei processi.
- Valutare le pratiche e le procedure attuali e supportare la loro ottimizzazione o l'implementazione di procedure migliori.
- Facilitare la comunicazione e i feedback tra i team di turno.
- Lavorare attivamente con l'Operations Manager e gli Shift Leader per supportarli nello svolgimento efficace dei loro ruoli (gestione delle persone, ottimizzazione dei processi e miglioramento continuo)
- Facilitare la risoluzione dei problemi e l'identificazione delle cause principali per consentire l'ottimizzazione dell'efficienza produttiva (in termini di OEE) attraverso l'identificazione, lo sviluppo, l'implementazione, il coordinamento e il supporto dei miglioramenti di impianti / processi e la gestione dei progetti.
- Integrare il miglioramento continuo nelle operazioni quotidiane.
- Suggerire le esigenze di formazione volte allo sviluppo delle tecniche e dei metodi LEAN E collaborare con le HR per supportare lo sviluppo delle competenze ed i percorsi formativi interni.
- Sviluppare attivamente la mentalità e la cultura del Miglioramento Continuo attraverso la comunicazione e le iniziative formative.
- In collaborazione con l’HSE, mantenere sempre alta l’attenzione sulla cultura della Sicurezza intesa come parte integrante del business.

Si tratta di un ruolo di grande visibilità a livello di gruppo

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza di almeno cinque anni nel ruolo.
- Predisposizione a vivere i contesti produttivi, meglio se a ciclo continuo.
- Gradite certificazioni Green/Black Belt.
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
- Capacità di teambuilding e di coinvolgimento nell’implementazione della Lean in azienda.
- Assertività e forti capacità interpersonali e comunicative volte a facilitare le relazioni a tutti i livelli, a lavorare in modo efficace nelle relazioni funzionali ed interfunzionali ed a promuovere con l’esempio lo spirito collaborativo.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €40.000,00 - €55.000,00 all'anno
