Il nostro cliente, gruppo di aziende biotech che sviluppa e produce principi attivi per il mondo alimentare-farmaceutico, ci ha incaricati di ricercare una figura di **MAINTENANCE MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
Obiettivo è identificare Manager con competenze/esperienze acquisite nella manutenzione di sistemi di produzione.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:
programmazione delle attività di manutenzione degli impianti, inclusa quella affidata a imprese esterne

garanzia dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali tecnici per la manutenzione degli impianti esistenti

redazione ed aggiornamento delle procedure di manutenzione

progettazione, esecuzione e controllo della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, nonché della pianificazione delle manutenzioni preventive

organizzazione, coordinamento e controllo dell’attività dei manutentori e gestione della loro turnazione di lavoro

gestione e responsabilità del budget di manutenzione.

**Requisiti**:
Si richiede una Laurea/Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico ed un buon livello di conoscenza dell’Inglese.

Completano il profilo ottime doti di pianificazione organizzativa, resistenza allo stress, pragmaticità, efficienza, eticità e correttezza, leadership autorevole e non autoritaria.
