Logistica Uno Europe procede nel suo percorso di espansione e si posiziona come partner di rilievo per i suoi clienti con un network completo di servizi logistici. A tal proposito l’azienda sta ricercando un profilo da inserire in organico**,** a cui affidare lo sviluppo e la crescita del servizio di trasporto stradale e intermodale. La figura riporterà alla Direzione e dovrà garantire l’incremento del business con nuovi clienti e lo sviluppo di quelli esistenti.

**Principali attività**
- Gestione portafoglio clienti road intermodal Europa.
- Ricercare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nel trasporto
- Sviluppare nuovi clienti sul tessuto industriale italiano
- Interfacciarsi costantemente con le aree operative
- Negoziare e chiudere offerte con la trasformazione in ordini
- Condividere con la Direzione i Kpi’s economici e di vendita su base mensile e trimestrale con analisi di eventuali scostamenti verso il budget
- Verificare il trend di mercato, analizzare i competitors e identificare le aree di crescita del segmento _road_ con la declinazione del piano di sviluppo - su base biennale. (timeline/fatturato/costi/ investimenti)
- Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e al posizionamento del Brand sul mercato

**Requisiti**
- Laurea triennale e/o magistrale in ambito economico, linguistico o logística
- Esperienza di 4/5 anni in ruolo analogo in aziende strutturate
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibile una seconda lingua a livello discreto
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia ed esterno
- Autonomia e organizzazione
- Affidabilità e dinamicità
- Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di analisi
- Negoziazione e capacità di ascolto
- Capacità di gestire progetti di sviluppo e di lavoro in team

Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato: retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza acquisita + benefit Sede di lavoro: Modena / Oppeano
