e-commerce, nel quadro del potenziamento della propria struttura ricerca

un/una

RISK & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

La persona scelta collaborerà

con il Risk & Compliance Manager, supportandolo nelle attività in ambito

Risk and Compliance Mananagement. Nello specifico si occuperà di
- Supportare gli enti

aziendali per capitolati, offerte, contratti, accordi con partners

commerciali, quali ad es. cooperation agreements, M.O.U., licence

agreement, confidentiality agreements, consorzi, litigations con

clienti o partners commerciali, in particolar modo la direzione

acquisti nella gestione di fornitori e clienti;
- Verificare

l’implementazione e uso/compliance delle Direttive e Linee Guida di

Gruppo relativamente alle attività interne aziendali;
- Supportare l’analisi

degli aspetti normativi di tutta l’azienda.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in

Giurisprudenza;
- 3 - 5 anni di esperienza

esperienza di consulenza legale presso società di tipo industriale;
- Ottime capacità di

lavoro in gruppo e di negoziazione;
- Autonomia, integrità,

capacità analitica e di problem solving sono indispensabili per

ricoprire il ruolo.
- Ottima conoscenza della

lingua Inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese costituirà un

plus.
