**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Sell-out Manager, you will actively support customers in defining category strategies and product positioning according with Nestlé policies and strategies. You will train salespersons in terms of benefits of our products giving them the capabilities to communicate the uniqueness of our brands to the shoppers. Provides marketing and communications material to customers and help them in terms of display and promotional activities in order to improve the shopper experience. Monitors PoS performance and provides advices to increase sell out.

**A Day in the Life of the Sell-out Specialist Campania/Lazio**:

- Visits clients on regular bases to give them the capabilities to communicate our products, to negotiate promotional areas and visual strategies.
- Supports customers with information on products range performances and rotations.
- Organizes shelf display giving priority to the listing of our core range SKUs.
- Reports to the BU about customers potential and opportunities.
- Monitors competitors’ activities and pricing in assigned areas.
- Cooperate with marketing in defining POP and marketing materials that meet client's needs
- Work in a proactive way with the territorial team (agent and veterinarian team), for improving customer performances and check the results providing proper feedback.
