International Account Manager

Fidia is prioritizing its R&D efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Primary Care, Joint Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Eye Care and Regenerative Care.
With the aim of strengthening the International Commercial Team, we are recruiting
**International Account Manager**
Who will manage international clients of the assigned geographical area.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Keep constant contact with the client and pay routinely visits.
- Monitor clients’ performance and compare it with budget, analyzing orders, forecast and in market sales.
- Manage assigned investments to help client achieving the set targets.
- Keep contact with other departments involved in the relationship with the client, such as customer service, QA, regulatory, finance and legal.
- Monitor the respect of contract terms.
- Scouting activities to enlarge the number of clients in the assigned area.
- Brief about products of potential interest and agree the economics in accordance with the company policy.
- Discuss the contract with legal support.
- Participate in the product launch phase with the support of trainers and marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the role, in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
- Good knowledge of English language, at least at B2 level, and preferably knowledge of a second language.
- Preferable experience in the use of Salesforce and Power BI.
- Customer orientation, ability to work in a team, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
**Our offer**:
- Open-ended contract.
- “A” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective.
- Salary between € 55.000 and € 65.000 and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives.

- Consultancy collaboration full time with a salary between € 80.000 - € 100.000.
