La risorsa selezionata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Strategia di reclutamento: sviluppare e attuare strategie di reclutamento per attirare consulenti finanziari qualificati con esperienza e competenza nel settore.
- Screening e selezione: Rivedere curriculum, condurre interviste telefoniche iniziali per valutare le competenze e la motivazione.
- Coordinamento e assistenza nell'organizzazione dell'agenda del Direttore Regionale agli eventi e riunioni in sede ed eventuali trasferte.
- Ricerche di mercato: rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze del settore, i benchmark di compensazione e le pratiche della concorrenza per fornire informazioni e raccomandazioni per migliorare il processo di reclutamento e attirare i migliori talenti.
- Supporto amministrativo nelle pratiche quotidiane e nelle attività di segreterie di primo livello.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Recruiter di almeno 1 anno;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Buone doti comunicative, relazionali e capacità di lavoro in team.
