The International School of Florence seeks an experienced Junior Network Administrator and IT support to provide essential support by addressing hardware and software-related issues and ensuring the reliability and performance of ISF network infrastructure.

Applications close November 24th; ISF reserves the right to appoint earlier.

Education & Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- **Fluency in both English and Italian essential**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Previous experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are advantageous
