**CHEF DE RANG**

**RUOLO**: Lo CHEF DE RANG che ricerchiamo si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Fornire un servizio impeccabile, accogliendo gli ospiti con cortesia ed efficienza.
- Coordinare il servizio con altri membri del personale.
- Essere esperti del menu, descrivendo piatti in modo dettagliato e offrendo raccomandazioni personalizzate ai clienti.
- Collaborare con il personale addetto alle prenotazioni per assicurare una pianificazione efficace.
- Mantenere una comunicazione costante con la cucina per garantire tempi di servizio precisi e la presentazione accurata dei piatti.
- Affrontare prontamente eventuali lamentele degli ospiti in modo professionale e cortese.

**REQUISITI**:Lo CHEF DE RANG che cerchiamo necessita delle seguenti caratteristiche:

- Esperienza pregressa della mansione.
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di gestire situazioni ad alta pressione.
- Il titolo di studio alberghiero è considerato requisito preferenziale
