**Your mission**:

- Supporting our local partner in the business development activities
- Identifying and analyzing the key accounts in the region
- Identifying and acquiring top Italian roasters which are more than 1'000 nationwide
- Establishing robust key account strategy and execution, measuring success rate by established KPIs
- Managing and coordinating a sales network
- Reporting to the management the progress, future trends and possible threatsof the market
- Identifying market potentials, as well as observation and analysis of the market and competition
- Plan and budget sales volume and marketing activities
- Coordinate and launch new products as it comes
- Troubleshoot of technical issues and coordinate with the project manager
- Meet annual sales targets and objectives for key accounts
- Work closely with relevant departments within the group throughout the sales process
- Participate actively in events and fairs

**Your profile**:

- Previous sales experience in a similar role
- Experience in the coffee industry (coffee, coffee machines, roasting) is a great advantage
- Ideally, you are located in Milan, Italy.
- Ability to maintain and grow current customer
- Ability to build solid and fruitful relationships with new key clients
- Teamplayer but able to make own decisions
- You are fluent in English
- Willingness to travel along the Italian market
- Active use of CRM
