Stiamo ricercando **neodiplomati/e in Telecomunicazioni, Elettronica, Informatica **e/o affini, con una propensione all’innovazione e alla sperimentazione; persone che vogliano confrontarsi con un contesto dinamico e complesso e che ambiscano a costruire il proprio futuro professionale in un’azienda leader di mercato nel settore delle telecomunicazioni fisse e mobili in Italia.

Verrai inserito, all’interno della **Network Field School **un percorso immersivo e di valore al 100%: un programma di **formazione e tutoring **, completo e di qualità, che ti consentirà di acquisire le conoscenze e le competenze tecnico-specialistiche del Field Operator.

**Il team**
Entrerai a far parte del **Network Field Management **che ha la responsabilità di assicurare le attività on field di implementazione, esercizio e maintenance per tutti i domini di rete nel rispetto delle norme tecniche, dei piani di rete relativi e dei livelli di servizio prefissati; assicurare il presidio sulle attività di attivazione dei clienti Business; gestire le attività on field, in coordinamento con i centri di controllo.

**Cosa farai**
Rispondendo direttamente al/la Responsabile Tecnico ti occuperai di:

- Manutenzione degli apparati di telecomunicazione presenti nel territorio di competenza assegnato, svolta mediante interventi diretti negli impianti o in collaborazione con fornitori esterni;
- Ampliamento e collaudo di apparati di Tlc di rete fissa (FTTC, FTTH) e mobile (LTE e 5G)
- Attivazione della connettività di rete dati presso clienti Corporate.
- Verifica e accettazione dei nuovi impianti come postazioni Radio Base, sistemi di energia e di nuovi apparati secondo le specifiche tecniche di W3
- Interventi su impianti in quota (pali e tralicci), con l’ausilio di tutti i dispositivi di protezione individuale e previa formazione specializzata

**Chi sei**
- Diploma di **Maturità Tecnica (elettronica, elettrica, telecomunicazioni, informatica o equivalente **)
- Conoscenza delle principali nozioni di telecomunicazioni
- Buona comprensione dell’inglese tecnico
- Disponibilità agli spostamenti nell’ambito della regione di competenza
- Patente B o superiore
- Capacità e volontà di assolvere **l’esecuzione dei lavori in quota **, anche su strutture porta antenne, talvolta di altezza superiore ai 30 metri
- Disponibilità a **gestire turni di reperibilità
