Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

**Partner with the best**

The Commercial Operations Manager will drive service business growth, crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing regional agreements.

As a Proposals, you will be responsible for:

- Developing proposals for spare parts, field services, and repair with attractive pricing.
- Managing complex commercial processes involving various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Preparing and overseeing regional Frame Agreements and negotiates dedicated Terms & Conditions.
- Leading transactional deal processes with creativity, ensuring commercial and technical accuracy.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have completed a Bachelor (Management/Mechanical/Aerospace/Energy Engineering).
- Have some experience in Oil & Gas.
- Have legal and financial expertise in contracts.
- Be able to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams, and understand diverse customer needs.
- Have proven relationship-building and excellent communication skills.
- Be multicultural, fluent in Italian and English, and willing to travel for business.
