Il District Logistic Coordinator coordina la pianificazione e distribuzione della Flotta ABG in un’area specifica per i nostri brand Avis, Budget e Maggiore.

**Attività**:

- analisi dei dati flotta di distretto
- lavorazione file Excel, includendo Smart Check out-Shuttling intra&extra District-Infleeting-Defleeting
- organizzazione e gestione della daily District Fleet call di pianificazione flotta con OPS e alle call di monitoraggio dismissioni flotta
- incarichi dei viaggi ai fornitori
- apertura/chiusura NRO-NRT-RMT in Wizard
- gestione ed archiviazione materiale cartaceo (DDT IN & OUT)
- chiusura viaggi in ETC
- movimentazione delle vetture
- autorizzazione sblocchi di vetture TRBK
- analisi della BB Performance e recupero vetture TRBK
- riconciliazione & approvazione report
- tracking & controllo costi ed autorizzazione PO manuali
- creazione delle requisition costi in ORACLE
- calcolo del Back Log dei costi per eventuale accantonamento

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea triennale in economia o settori affini
- Gradita esperienza nel ruolo o in posizioni analoghe
- Livello intermedio di inglese (scritto e orale)
- Ottime capacità organizzative ed analitiche
- Ottime capacità comunicative (sia scritte che orali) e di presentazione.
- Buone capacità interpersonali. Capacità di interagire con clienti interni ed esterni a tutti i livelli. Capacità di gestire e motivare il personale in un ambiente di squadra

**Cosa offriamo**:

- Contratto part time 20 ore (lunedì - venerdì) a tempo determinato di sei mesi, con possibilità di stabilizzazione in azienda
